Shopping has always been a hobby of mine! Growing up, I would love to go to Nordstrom or even thrift stores to scour the racks to find new, cute pieces. While shopping is fun, it can definitely get expensive! 

I went to U-Vill recently and had to stop in at H&M. They had so many perfect (and inexpensive) pieces for Fall, I had to do a roundup for you! I found the above sweater for only $14! You cannot beat that when it comes to a Fall sweater!

The ruffles of Spring and Summer have continued into Fall! Statement sleeves make a perfect addition to your Fall wardrobe. This striped button down from Forever 21 was a great find in New York and pairs well with so many other staples. You know my love of stripes, so this piece is a perfect, more-Fall version, with amazing sleeves! 

A little black dress never goes out of style, but a time for it to really take center stage is in the Fall! Subscription boxes may have passed the peak of their craze, but I loved them to find new products, try new trends and even get some of my favorite products in travel size. I've subscribed to Birchbox since probably 2014 and Sephora Play! since it first came out. I just got off the plane from New York, and all I can think about are the pieces I saw on the show go-ers and throughout the streets of New York. New York has so much to explore! There's amazing things to do at all hours of the day, which means you can do so much, but also feel like there's still so much left to see. My boyfriend and I headed to the Big Apple for 10 days where we ate, drank, and laughed our way through the city. I love traveling. Hopping on a plane, train or car to a new destination is one of, if not my favorite thing to do. Whenever I get buckled in on a flight, a rising feeling of heat and anxiety builds in my chest making me so nervous to take off.  

Each August, my boyfriend Brian's family heads to Eastern Washington to go houseboating for a week at Lake Roosevelt! It's a week filled with water sports, great company and probably a bit too much snacking! But that's what vacation is for - right?

Ever since my middle school braces came off, I've tried to keep my smile bright, straight and without a reason to need braces again. I've used various drug store at-home whitening strips from time to time, but nothing consistently to keep my smile white.

On an Anthropologie deep dive, I fell in love with this blush pink dress that looked like it could come out of a Margo & Me post. I was instantly sold, and love how airy and comfortable it is! 

I hope you had a great Fourth! My boyfriend, Brian, and I spent the day with his family celebrating with great food, company and (of course) fireworks! Summer truly kicks off in Seattle on the Fourth, so being in the sun with everyone celebrating is always a great time. 

When picking an outfit, I wanted to stick with something that could easily translate to other outfits, instead of a traditional red, white and blue get up. This blue embroidered trop with white denim shorts are both from Zara, which I paired with classic Ray Ban aviators and a gold nail bracelet. 

This spring and summer I have harnessed my feminine side! All of this season's bows, ruffles and detail have come out in full force. This recent find from Nordstrom is a beautiful, sophisticated blue top that I've been loving! I've been pairing it with other trousers for a fun work outfit, or with distressed denim pants or shorts for a more casual look. 

It's hard to believe another year has passed! What a great year it's been though! In addition to starting this blog, I've accomplished so many personal goals, traveled to beautiful places and spent time with those I love the most. 

Last month was my birthday, so celebrations were in order! In addition to some family dinners, we celebrated with a big BBQ at Golden Gardens! With tons of food, rosé and spike ball, my friends and I spent the evening outdoors!
