Cape Town is an incredible place, and I’m already excited to go back one day! I’m sharing the two week itinerary of things that my husband, Brian, and I did on our recent trip.
21 hours of flight time is no joke! On our recent trip from Seattle to Cape Town, there were travel essentials that helped me survive a long haul flight in economy. I’m sharing all of those with you below to help you enjoy your next flight a little more!
Enjoy a vlog of my recent girls trip to LA! We had a great time popping around to the Huntington Botanical Gardens, Newport Beach, and more.
I’m so excited to share our itinerary for a long weekend visiting Glacier National Park! It was an amazing trip and the park was absolutely incredible.
A trip over a year in the making! I surprised my dad on St. Patrick’s Day 2022 with a trip to Ireland for his 70th birthday for the upcoming fall. We had started planning, and had a great itinerary sketched out. Our family history was traced back to County Kerry in the Southwest, so my dad wanted to spend most of the trip exploring that area, and the rest in Dublin.
Brian and I headed to the Big Island of Hawaii for a week! We were working remote, but still had ample time to relax, lay by the pool, and enjoy some amazing meals! Shop the items I wore below!
Brian and I headed to Vashon Island for a few nights to stay at The Lodges on Vashon! Just a 30 minute ferry ride away from Seattle, it was easy to pop over after work and get set up in our cute lodge!
My cousin and I took the train from Seattle to Portland on a Friday after work to visit my cousin Nolan who lives there. It’s always amazing to get to spend quality family time together!
Our first wedding weekend event was a catamaran sail to welcome guests to the Yucatan! Our wedding was in Tulum which doesn’t have any marinas, so we shuttled guests to Playa del Carmen where we picked up our 65” sailboat chartered by Riviera Elite.

Cape Town is an incredible place, and I’m already excited to go back one day! I’m sharing the two week itinerary of things that my husband, Brian, and I did on our recent trip.
After Cartagena, we spent two nights in Medellin, then headed to Costa Rica for a week! It was a decent travel day, with a layover in Bogata then landing in San Jose. We flew in at night, went to pick up rental car.
After our wedding in Tulum, we spent two nights in Miami to start off our honeymoon. Our next, and first “real” stop of the honeymoon was then Cartagena! It was a quick 2 1/2 hour flight from Miami and then we headed to our hotel, the Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena, which was a 20 minute drive from the airport.
Tulum was such a beautiful, relaxing place to go! In this post, I’ll be recapping our trip and answering questions you sent me on Instagram.
I’m on YouTube! Make sure to watch my recent travel vlog from Tulum! We tour wedding venues, eat great food, and explore the city! I can’t wait to share my FIRST VLOG with you!!!
As a side trip during our two weeks in London (read my London blog post one and two here), my boyfriend Brian and I went to Marrakech, Morocco for three nights! I've never been to Africa before, and with only being a 3.5 hour flight, Marrakech seemed like the perfect excursion for some beauty, adventure and fun!
Continuing from Part I of my London Travel Diary, here are some of my favorite photos from the second part of our trip to London! There's a ton here, so enjoy and I hope you find something that inspires you for your next trip!
Not even a week after Coachella, my boyfriend Brian and I hopped on a flight to London. Despite the airline moving up the flight by SIX hours so that we had to take a last minute half day and scramble to pack, we were excited to go back to Europe!
On Friday I got back from a week in Berlin! My cousin Devin and I went to visit our other cousin, Nolan who has been living in Germany for the past few years. It was honestly a random trip for us - last Black Friday, Delta Airlines was having a huge sale so we ended up getting round-trip flights for $480! Can't beat that! Within the day, our flights were booked! Our spur of the moment idea finally arrived, and we were able to visit him!
In this post I'm going to share a breakdown of our week - what we did and where we ate, drank and shopped. Since we of course couldn't fit everything in Berlin in just a week, I'll be compiling resources and other recommendations in another post coming soon!
Cheers! Last week was Brian's birthday, so for his gift, I wanted to get him an experience instead of a thing. It's our other friend Sydney's birthday in a few weeks, so her boyfriend and I surprised her and Brian with a weekend trip to Vancouver!
As you read about in my New Year's trip to Vancouver, I love popping up to Vancouver since it's such a close way to explore! We took a half day on Friday, loaded the car with snacks, and drove up to the boarder! Brian and Sydney were guessing the whole way about where we were headed, until we got to the boarder guard when the secret was finally revealed.

Come along with me to Austin and the mountains! In this weekly vlog, I’ll also be at home setting up for a dinner party!
Having spent time in high school living in Burgundy, I absolutely fell in love with Napa as it reminded me so much of my time in France. It’s beautiful, romantic and each winery has a different look and feel.
There’s no better way to escape the Seattle winter than a trip South! My cousin Devin and I went to LA for a long weekend and spent three days eating, sightseeing and laughing.
You know how much I love Southern California! Any excuse I get to head South to get some sun, put my toes in the ocean, and soak up the green-juice loving community, I’ll take! In today’s post I’m sharing travel photos from a recent trip to Laguna Beach to visit friends! The weekend was full of laughs, trolly rides and being a little stressed out from how many times the life guards were rescuing swimmers.
There's something about the desert. I grew up going to Eastern Washington every summer where my affinity for the desert started. The warmth of the sun hitting you, the beautiful desert foliage that looks like you're on Mars, and the peacefulness of being able to see far into the distance. This is why I love traveling to the Southwest, so when I found out we'd be visiting Joshua Tree National Park during a weekend trip to Palm Springs (read all about the trip here!), I couldn't wait!
Eleven girls headed to Palm Springs over MLK weekend to celebrate a beautiful bride-to-be! I love trips to the desert, so this was the perfect getaway weekend with amazing friends! I've pulled together my favorite shots of the weekend in this photo diary! From dinosaurs, to pool side parties, check out what we did and get some inspo for your next trip!
New York has so much to explore! There's amazing things to do at all hours of the day, which means you can do so much, but also feel like there's still so much left to see. My boyfriend and I headed to the Big Apple for 10 days where we ate, drank, and laughed our way through the city. Here I've laid out what we did, where we ate, and what rooftop bars were our favorites! This is a long post, but if you're planning a trip to New York, scroll through to find the highlights that look the most fun to you!

Merry Christmas! Brian and I wanted to get in the festive spirit, so we headed to New York City for a week right before the holidays to see all of the decorations and finish Christmas shopping. We both worked from our New York offices during the week, but still had lots of time to eat at great restaurants and visit friends. Sharing our itinerary with you below if you’re planning a similar trip!
